For my last shoes I've used this [link] textile color + brushes. I've also used Centropen textil marker on few t-shirts (it's cheap, fine to work with, but it slowly fades out. It's also possible to cut out stencil and spray it on textil (it works only on white textile and also fades out after time; Belton Molotow premium). Mostly I just prepare (vector) graphics for t-shirt and let the professionals to create t-shirt(hoodie) for me.
